Dr. Kra has provided expert actuarial advice to some of America’s largest companies for over a third of a century, including some of Wall Street’s largest investment banking houses and other financial institutions, as well as large corporations in such diverse industries as telecommunications, food distribution, aviation and energy. He has served as expert witness in numerous cases throughout the United States.
He has been an industry leader both within the profession, as well as in Washington, having had extensive dealings with both the regulatory and legislative branches of the government in influencing regulations and legislation.
